Description: Transgenic line containing both GI::LUC+ and CAB2::Rluc reporter genes in the same locus; constructed reporter genes were made by fusing the promoter of a clock-regulated Arabidopsis flowering-time gene GIGANTEA (GI) to a coding region of a modified firefly luciferase gene (LUC+); pGI::LUC+ reporter gene cassette was inserted just upstream of a pCAB2::Rluc gene cassette of binary vector pBIC2RL, giving pBIGLC2RL; pBIC2RL carried the pBI101 backbone and the pCAB2::Rluc gene casssette in place of both the beta-glucuronidase coding region (GUS) and the transcriptional terminator sequence of the Agrobacterium nopaline synthase gene (T NOS); kanamycin resistant.
